The Connection SGGZ head office, outpatient programme and intake location is situated in the middle of Eindhoven. This central location provides easy access by both public transport and by car. 

Addiction assessment

The aim of the assessment interview is to get to know each other better. It also provides an insight into the severity of your addiction, which enables us to make a correct diagnosis. Based on this diagnosis and your individual situation, you receive appropriate advice. Together with you, we determine which treatment fits best. This can be an outpatient programme in the Netherlands or residential care in either South Africa or Meerlo, the Netherlands. 

Systemic therapy and family days

An addiction does not only affect you. We understand that your family, friends and other loved ones also need support and advice during your recovery process. Family members are therefore invited to join us at one of our two locations in Eindhoven, so that they too are involved in your treatment.

Outpatient care

At Connection SGGZ, we set up a wide range of support options. That is why we also offer our clients the possibility of outpatient treatment. This programme consists of several individual sessions at our Eindhoven location. 

Aftercare

Decent aftercare is essential, which is why we spend a lot of time and energy on this aspect. The after-care programme at Connection SGGZ is also tailored to the client's individual needs. At one of our two locations in Eindhoven, we offer follow-up treatment, such as day therapy. We also cooperate with various reintegration facilities throughout the Netherlands.
